How do I book a safari?
Choose your package and preferred date, then send an enquiry on WhatsApp. Our team confirms availability, transport, the final price and booking terms before you book. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a place.
Which package should I choose?
Basic is a meeting-point evening option. Normal Safari and Red Sand Safari offer shared pickup. Private safaris are priced per vehicle for up to six guests. Sunrise options are morning experiences, and buggy rides are separately priced per vehicle. Open the package details to compare inclusions.
How does hotel pickup work?
Pickup depends on your selected package and location. Send the hotel name or location to our team to confirm coverage and the exact pickup time. Meeting-point and buggy-only options require you to travel independently.
How do I arrange a private camp event?
Use the Camp & Events enquiry form to share your preferred date, group size and occasion. Our team will confirm capacity, availability, arrangements and a tailored quote.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
Our team will share the payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms for your selected booking before you confirm. Please check these terms before paying.
Can children join?
Tell our team the number and ages of all children. Child pricing and activity suitability are confirmed before booking. Children count towards the capacity of private vehicles and buggies. Rider requirements apply to quad and buggy experiences.
